On this amazing property overlooking Kilauea Stream, the client was looking for a multi-use space. The design includes a garage and carport on the upper level, and lower level has a studio apartment and a mixed use/office space. The rooflines are similar to the main residence, however, the lower level takes on a clean modernist feel.
