The client was looking to add another bedroom suite, but more importantly they wanted outdoor spaces to entertain. It’s a beautiful property with a large camphor tree and a building site steeply sloping to the lower property. The context driven design includes a large covered lanai above the bedroom addition. As the designer I also won the bid to build the extensive stainless steel & ipe custom handrails and benches.
